Spit Braai Delivery Menu`s
Your lamb will be freshly spit roasted at our kitchen, deboned & basted and delivered to your function in bain maries 1 hour before your guests eating time, all other hot dishes are delivered in bain maries aswell, salads delivered in salad bowls with serving spoons. We supply you with plates, knifes, forks, pudding bowls & spoons at no adittional charge. We will collect our unwashed dishes from your venue either right after your guests have enjoyed their meals or the next morning.
