We have two options for our spit braai set menu`s.
On Site Spit Braai Cape Town - One of our spit braai masters will arrive at your venue 4 hours prior to your guests eating time with his spit braai machine and all equipment needed to spit braai you the best lamb you have ever tasted. (Minimum 30 Guests)
Delivery Spit Braai Cape Town - We will spit roast your lamb to perfection at our kitchen, deboned & basted, delivered to your venue in chafing dishes 1 hour before your guests eating time. We will set up your buffet area at your venue ready for your guests to dish for themselves. (Minimum 20 Guests)
