One of our spit braai masters will arrive at your venue 3 hours prior to your guests eating time to start preparing your succulent lamb on one of our state of the art gas spit braai machines. Once your lamb is cooked the chef will start carving your lamb and baste it with our mouth watering in house basting sauce. All other hot dishes will be served from bain maries, salads served from salad bowls with serving spoons. We supply you with plates, knifes, forks, pudding bowls & spoons at no adittional charge. We will collect our unwashed dishes from your venue either right after your guests have enjoyed their meals or the next morning.
