From Enquiry to Event Day
Booking your catering should be simple. We guide you through each stage, confirm the important details and make sure everyone knows exactly what to expect before the event.
How the Booking Process Works
Step 1 — Request a Quote
Send us your event date, venue, guest count and preferred menu or catering style. The more detail you provide, the more accurately we can quote.
Step 2 — Receive Your Quote
We prepare a clear catering quote based on your event requirements, selected menu and service option.
Step 3 — Secure Your Date
Once availability is confirmed, your booking is secured when the required 50% deposit reflects. Dates are confirmed on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
Step 4 — Finalise the Details
Closer to the event, we confirm your final guest numbers, menu choices and any special requirements. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
Step 5 — Catering Day
For on-site bookings, our team arrives approximately 4 hours before serving time to set up and prepare. For delivery bookings, your food is prepared and delivered according to the agreed schedule.
What We Need From You
Setup Space
Allow approximately 3 × 3 metres for our on-site spit braai setup.
Clear Access
We need easy, unobstructed access to the setup area so equipment can be moved in safely.
Wind-Free Area
The setup area must be protected from strong wind for safe, reliable operation.
Buffet Area
Please provide a suitable table or counter for the buffet setup unless otherwise arranged.
No electricity is required for our spit braai equipment.
Payments & Booking
A 50% deposit secures your booking once availability has been confirmed. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. Bookings are confirmed on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
